StarTrack Premium and Road Express through your existing account: consignments, labels, and end-of-day manifest in the Shipping/Outbound module, alongside the rest of your carriers.
StarTrack dispatch, on the same screen as the rest of ops.
- 01
Premium and Road Express
Both StarTrack Premium (express) and Road Express (general freight) fit the same dispatch lifecycle, selected by service at order entry.
- 02
Consignments straight from the order
StarTrack consignment numbers and labels generate against the order data already in OpsUI. No parallel data entry into the StarTrack console.
- 03
Pickup booking from dispatch
Daily pickup bookings are scheduled out of the dispatch queue, not out of an email thread between operations and the depot.
- 04
B2B freight ready
Palletised and freight-shaped flows are treated as first-class — not parcel workflows pretending to be freight.
Order in, label out, manifest done.
Four stages, one screen. The same shape OpsUI runs for every carrier so dispatch teams do not relearn the workflow per customer.
- 01
Service selection
On order entryCarrier service and rate are selected from your configured StarTrack setup as the order is captured. No separate console.
- 02
Label workflow
At packCarrier-ready labels and packing references print from the pack station against your StarTrack account.
- 03
Tracking references
In transitTracking numbers and dispatch events stay attached to the order timeline so support and ops see status in one place.
- 04
Manifest handoff
End of dayManifest and dispatch handoff are prepared from the dispatch queue ready for StarTrack: direct API, aggregator, or file-based depending on scoping.
OpsUI's Shipping/Outbound module owns the dispatch workflow: labels, tracking, manifest, and dispatch events. The specific StarTrack connector (direct API, aggregator, or file-based handoff) is confirmed during scoping against your existing account and account type. No iPaaS in the path.
The honest answers.
Do I need a separate StarTrack account, or does Aus Post cover it?
StarTrack is technically part of the Australia Post group but is a separate carrier account with its own contract. OpsUI configures against your StarTrack credentials directly.
Can I dispatch StarTrack and Aus Post side-by-side?
Yes. Both run through the same dispatch queue. Service selection at order entry routes the shipment to the right carrier without a separate workflow.
Already dispatching with StarTrack? Let’s wire it in.
Walk us through your current StarTrack setup and we’ll show how the Shipping/Outbound module fits: labels, tracking, and manifest, all from inside OpsUI.
