Rate, label, track and manifest Aramex parcels straight from OpsUI dispatch
Push orders to Aramex (formerly Fastway Couriers) from the OpsUI Shipping/Outbound module — pull rates, print compliant labels, return tracking and close off the daily manifest. Runs on your own Aramex account and franchise courier contract, so your negotiated rates and pickup arrangement carry straight through.
Aramex dispatch, on the same screen as the rest of ops.
- §01
Rate and book at pick-and-pack
As orders are packed in OpsUI, fetch live Aramex rates for the satchel or carton and generate the consignment without rekeying into a separate portal. Your franchise courier contract and account terms drive the pricing.
- §02
Compliant labels and connote barcodes
Print Aramex labels and connote barcodes to your warehouse thermal printers as part of the standard OpsUI pack workflow — formatted to Aramex's spec so parcels scan cleanly through the franchise courier network.
- §03
Tracking written back to the order
Aramex tracking numbers and status updates flow back onto the OpsUI order and customer record, so support and CRM see delivery progress without logging into the carrier site. Tracking links can be surfaced to the buyer.
- §04
End-of-day manifest and pickup
Consolidate the day's Aramex consignments into a single manifest from OpsUI and hand off to your regular franchisee pickup. One reconciled dispatch list across Aramex and every other carrier you run.
Order in, label out, manifest done.
Four stages, one screen — the same shape OpsUI runs for every carrier so dispatch teams do not relearn the workflow per customer.
- §01On order entry
Service selection
Carrier service and rate are selected from your configured Aramex setup as the order is captured — no separate console.
- §02At pack
Label workflow
Carrier-ready labels and packing references print from the pack station against your Aramex account.
- §03In transit
Tracking references
Tracking numbers and dispatch events stay attached to the order timeline so support and ops see status in one place.
- §04End of day
Manifest handoff
Manifest and dispatch handoff are prepared from the dispatch queue ready for Aramex — direct API, aggregator, or file-based depending on scoping.
OpsUI's Shipping/Outbound module owns the dispatch workflow — labels, tracking, manifest, and dispatch events. The specific Aramex connector (direct API, aggregator, or file-based handoff) is confirmed during scoping against your existing account and account type. No iPaaS in the path.
The honest answers.
Is this the old Fastway Couriers integration?
Yes — Aramex Australia is the rebrand of Fastway Couriers (the change completed in 2021). If your team still calls it Fastway, this is the same franchise courier network. OpsUI connects to it under the Aramex name and account.
Do I use my own Aramex account or one supplied by OpsUI?
Your own. You keep your Aramex account, your franchise courier contract and your negotiated rates — OpsUI dispatches against them. We never resell freight or sit between you and the carrier on pricing.
Is the Aramex connector live in production today?
It is configurable, not a pre-built live link. OpsUI owns the dispatch workflow — rate, label, track and manifest — in the Shipping/Outbound module regardless of carrier, and the exact Aramex connection (direct API, aggregator such as Shippit, or file-based) is confirmed during scoping. NZ Couriers is currently our one live carrier API.
Can I run Aramex alongside other carriers in OpsUI?
Yes. OpsUI is carrier-agnostic, so you can dispatch Aramex next to Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, Toll, CouriersPlease and others, and use business rules to pick the right carrier per order, zone or service level.
