For food & beverage operators

OpsUI carries the batch, lot and expiry on every movement, so a recall pulls every customer who got the lot, an audit reads off the record, and short-dated stock surfaces before it is written off. No bolting compliance onto a generic ERP.

What we hear from operators

The same three problems, every time.

  1. §01

    Batch traceability is paper-based

A recall means digging through paper records. A failed audit means more of the same. Neither is fixable at the speed regulators expect.

  2. §02

    Expiry dates are an afterthought

FIFO is a stated policy, not an enforced one. Short-dated stock gets missed and written off.

  3. §03

    Cycle counts disrupt production

Full stock takes mean shutting down a line. Most teams skip them and live with drift.

The recommended bundle

6 modules, à-la-carte, NZ$2,194 / month all-in.

Inventory Management owns the batch / lot / expiry ledger. Quality Control captures inspection records for audit trail. Cycle Counting replaces the disruptive full stock-take with a continuous rolling count. Quality Control is in beta, so we deploy it with closer support.

Frequently asked

The honest answers.

  • 01Q&A

Does OpsUI handle batch and lot tracking?

Yes. Batches and lots are tracked at the inventory level, with expiry dates carried through every movement (receipt, transfer, pick, dispatch). Recall queries can pull every customer who received a given batch.

  • 02Q&A

    What about temperature-controlled / cold-chain logistics?

Temperature-zone storage and pick logic is configurable via the Inventory Management module. Live temperature monitoring is hardware-dependent. Scope it with us during implementation.

  • 03Q&A

Can I integrate with my supplier portal or EDI?

EDI and supplier-portal integrations are scoped during implementation. We will not pre-claim them on this page. NetSuite is the only bidirectional connector we currently ship.
