Pharmaceutical inventory software built for Australian TGA realities, not US DSCSA
Track batch, lot and expiry with FEFO picking, capture serials and UDIs at receipt, and prove recall readiness in minutes. OpsUI supports the workflows TGA, GMP and AusUDID expect — the certification stays yours, the operational evidence becomes effortless.
The same three problems, every time.
- §01
US tools are built around FDA and DSCSA, not the TGA
Imported pharma inventory platforms model serialisation and recall around US rules, then leave Australian operators to bolt on the local nuance. Batch genealogy, AusUDID-aligned device identifiers and the TGA's recall expectations are an afterthought, so you end up running spreadsheets alongside software you already paid for.
- §02
Recall and mock-recall readiness lives in spreadsheets
When the TGA or a sponsor asks where a specific lot went, you need every receipt, movement and dispatch for that batch in one pull — not three days of reconciliation. Manual tracking makes mock recalls a dreaded annual scramble instead of a routine query.
- §03
Expiry and cold-chain handling are managed by memory
Short-dated and temperature-sensitive stock needs strict FEFO rotation and handling rules enforced at the pick face, not in someone's head. Without that, you write off expired product, ship near-dated goods to the wrong customer, and lose the handling audit trail when it matters most.

The honest answers.
Is OpsUI TGA- or GMP-certified?
No, and any vendor that claims certification on your behalf is misleading you. Certification belongs to the operator and the facility. What OpsUI does is support the workflows TGA and GMP audits scrutinise — batch and lot control, expiry-driven FEFO, serial and UDI capture, segregation of quarantined and rejected stock, and a complete movement audit trail — so your evidence is ready when an inspector or sponsor asks.
Can OpsUI capture serials and UDIs for medical devices?
Yes. You can capture serial numbers and Unique Device Identifiers at receipt and carry them through every movement and dispatch, which aligns with how the AusUDID device-identification framework expects devices to be tracked. The identifiers stay attached to the unit's history rather than living in a separate register.
How does OpsUI help with recall and mock-recall readiness?
Every receipt, internal movement and outbound dispatch is tied to its batch or lot, so a single query returns the full forward and backward trace for any affected stock. That turns a mock recall from a multi-day reconciliation into a same-day report, and gives you a written, evidenced trail when a real recall is on the clock.
Do I have to replace my finance system to run OpsUI?
No. Keep Xero, MYOB or NetSuite as your ledger and run OpsUI as the operations layer over the top — inventory, quality, receiving and recall tracing. NetSuite sync is live in production today; Xero and MYOB sync is wired during rollout through the finance-accounting module, so the ledger you trust stays in place.
